These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the TellTours mobile app and website (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information when you sign up.
2. Safety
TellTours is designed to be used while walking, driving, or riding. Always stay aware of your surroundings and obey all traffic and safety laws. Do not interact with the app in a way that distracts you from operating a vehicle or moving safely. Use audio narration responsibly and at safe volume levels.
3. Acceptable use
- Do not misuse, disrupt, reverse-engineer, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service.
- Do not use the Service to violate any law or the rights of others.
- Do not scrape, resell, or redistribute content from the Service without permission.
4. Content and accuracy
Narration and place information are generated using AI and third-party sources such as Wikipedia and OpenTripMap. This content may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate, and is provided for general informational and entertainment purposes only. Do not rely on it for navigation-critical or safety-critical decisions.
5. Intellectual property
The Service, including its design, branding, and software, is owned by TellTours and protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.
6. Subscriptions
TellTours offers a free tier. Paid features (such as TellTours Pro) may be offered in the future and will be subject to the pricing and terms presented at the time of purchase, including any applicable app-store terms.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or accurate.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TellTours and its suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.
9. Changes
We may modify these Terms or the Service at any time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which TellTours operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
